    I am looking for an article from the Feb. 1990 issue of Construction Law Adviser. The authors are Pooley & Cohen; title is "Damage Apportionment of Concurrent Delays in Construction".

    I have contacted several firms that are on OCLC for this title but no one has retained it. If you can provide me with a copy of this article, I would greatly appreciate it.
