    I have two questions, and no access to Ct. or CA. laws:
    And very weak on Immigration laws as well:

    1) California: An immigrant got a green card as a ward of the state.
        How would this transfer, be accepted, etc, in New Jersey?

    2) Connecticut laws on Theft, Larceny, etc. In New Jersey our
    Statutes covering that area of law are in the 2C. Where would I look
    in the Connecticut Statutes?

    My Westlaw Access in NJ only; and I cannot access the Internet.
