I've been asked to find out if any law firms are using binding arbitration language regarding the payment of fees in their client representation agreements/contracts, and if so:
1. how well is it working?
2. How do the attorneys feel about it
3. Under what conditions do they use it - all clients?, new clients only?
4. Does it require the clients signature?
5. How well do the clients accept the binding arbitration in regards to fees.
And they would like to know asap. Thanks
