Am I watching way too much NCIS, or is it possible to find a history of
to whom a phone number has been assigned? We would like to know if an
individual was using certain phone numbers a few years ago and if not,
who was. I did run the the numbers through Accurint and found some
information, and I also checked the LEXIS People Finders sources with no
luck at all.
Thanks for your help and I apologize if I am creeping you out with this
"big brother" type question.
