    Good Morning All,

Here are the compiled responses to my E-database Statistics question.
Thanks so much to all who replied.

    Have an outstanding day!

    We use Onelog.

    We use Onelog.

Our Technology/IT Helpdesk team keeps statistics on the usage of our Intranet Links,
Our library Catalogue and various links to various databases is provided through our Intranet.
They can break it down further, if someone wants.
We also get a Usage Report from the Database providers, it becomes very useful, at the time of renewing contracts/subscriptions.
There is a provision through our library software - to get the statistics to monitor our Catalogue and we create those reports based on that, this helps our library management.

    1. No, we don't use a special program, just Excel spreadsheets.
    2. We use the online reporting tools from Westlaw and Lexisnexis to have reports sent to us in spreadsheet format on a monthly basis. We then paste them into the spreadsheet for that vendor and update the "aggregate" page so that we can compare month to month usage. Because the data received from each vendor is different (and even when it's similar, like the "standard charge"), we have not found a way to compare products directly.
    3. No.

Varies. One of the cheaper ways is to use tdnet. It isn't the primary function of the software put it does provide some information.

We purchased Serials Solutions and track with that.

I'm not in a law library, but my library uses the Scholarly Stats service, www.*scholarlystats*.com/<http://www.*scholarlystats*.com/>

What I'm doing is as follows:
    1. We have some database vendors who do not supply or keep any stats. While I am working on ways to track these through EZproxy.
    2. We use Serials Solutions, which offers an awesome set of tools for the databases they cover.
    3. JStor, Gale, CIAO, and Ebsco all have built in stats functions
    4. I have to contact CCH and Gale for their Stats. Hein only does them quarterly, so I get them as they come out.

We contact each vendor. Some of them run the report themselves and send the data and for others we can go to their website and get the statistics from there.
