I have a patron who needs to know what the state Key Nature of Suit
numeric codes in the West Dockets are. For example, Civil (090)
When Westlaw purchased and incorporated Court Express into their docket
system they left the codes on the dockets. However, their documentation
does not provide a list of the numeric state Key Nature of Suit Codes,
just broad subject ones. I am hoping the old Court Express
Documentation might have a list of these codes.
I called the Reference Attorneys at Westlaw to inquire if they had a
list. They do not.
