Hi, everybody. Over a year ago, many in Law-Lib Land were kind enough
to share thoughts with me regarding the reaction of journal staffers to
PDF documents as alternatives to ILL requests. I was relieved to see
that the issues involved were common to many libraries, and your
feedback helped inform our perspective as we figured out how we managed
this aspect of our ILL service.

However, that was before the current economic climate, and I am betting
that PDFs are now the rule. If there's anyone out there whose journals
refuse to use PDF documents, I would love to hear from you. (Yes, this
is for an article, and I promise to contribute any information that I
have that might be useful for yours.)

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Rebekah
