    Good Evening
     
    I was wondering if anyone could help me find an English version of the
    two laws shown below?
     
    (1) Law on Local Self governance in the Republika Srpska (Official
    Gazette RS, No. 101/04)
    (2) Law on Basic Self-Governance in Bosnia Herzegovina Federation
    (Official Gazette FBiH No. 6/95).
     
    Here is what I have tried already
    GlobLex
    WordCat (to see if I could find an English version of the respective
    Gazette)
    Contacted the respective legislative bodies
    Google/Yahoo
     
    I am open to other ideas as to where to search.
