Hello all,
We're trying to figure out how to verify SEC no-action letters - in
other words, determine whether a no-action letter will be accepted as
precedent by the SEC. They are by nature nebulous in this regard, but
sometimes it's all you have, so I'm wondering if anyone has a strategy,
whether it's some sort of cite checking by name, a source at the SEC to
informally check, etc.
Thanks,
Chris
