    Good afternoon, it must be almost Friday as this is turning into a
    Friday question. I am trying to find the final written judgment/reasons
    in this case. I have tried all the usual suspects and cannot find any
    written ruling. I can find commentary discussing it but not an actual
    official document. I would appreciate any and all assistance.

    Description:
    M&A Multi-billion dollar breach of contract suit invoking material
    adverse effect clause. Lawsuit is filed by Genesco Inc. against The
    Finish Line Inc. for failure to complete its $1.5 billion purchase of
    Genesco.

    Result:
    Judge Lyle ruled that Finish Line breached its merger agreement with
    Genesco by not closing the $1.5 billion deal to buy the company and that
    it cannot invoke a termination clause in the agreement.
