Does Canada have an online database similar to our secretary of state
databases? We found the company information and the names of several of
the companies managers on Westlaw, but would like to confirm that the
executives are actually connected to the company in some kind of
official filing. Does anyone have experience with Canadian corporate
filings? Thanks for your help!
