[LAW-LIB:58441] Westlaw is experiencing system wide problems this morning

According to the Westlaw reference attorney I spoke to, this seems to be
with Internet Explorer only but it is affecting all Westlaw systems.
There is no time estimate as to when it will be resolved. If you have
an online demo or training session scheduled this morning, you might
want to consider Plan B.
