I don't know what kind of legislative history (e.g., General Assembly
reports and the like) is available for acts from the 1930s, but I'm
looking for anything that would go along with 117 Ohio Laws 601 (1937),
which amended the Ohio Securities Act of 1929. We're particularly
interested in explanations regarding the enactment of Sec. 8624-48,
"Sale or contract voidable, when."
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
