By any chance, does anyone have this periodical back to 1996? We are
looking for the following:
Temple-Inland Inc. v. Highlands Ins. Co., No. 28,449-95-03 (Tex. Dist.
Ct. Angelina Cty March 4, 1996), reprinted in Mealey's Litigation
Reports - Reinsurance, Vol. 6, No. 24 (April 25, 1996).
Lexis does have it online, I think, but Mealey's is outside our
contract. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. We are happy to pay
reasonable copy charges.
