This morning I noticed first a big slow down, then functions started disappearing (limiting KeyCite, etc.) and then it quit completely. It was terribly inconvenient as it was right in the middle of Advanced Legal Research and we were focusing on things like Shepard's and KeyCite. Anyway, one of our student Westlaw reps happens to be in my Advanced Legal Research class and he says that over the next few days Westlaw is implementing some new "interface and function type things" and that service will be glitch-y. I have not been able to reach our regular Westlaw rep to confirm. I wish if they had some notice about this that I would have known about it somehow, I could have re-vamped my class lesson plan!

AM
Would some kind soul from Westlaw post something to the list about how long
Westlaw is supposed to be down an how widespread the problem is? It’s
either way slow or nonfunctional down here, and has been since I first
tried it at about 10:30AM CST.
Thanks, Marie
