In 1980 ,Guidelines for States Participating in the Pipeline Safety
Program was issued by the US Office of Pipeline Safety.
I am looking for a similar publication that is more current. I have
searched the usual places,..Worldcat etc. So far, calls to the US DOT
have been unsuccessful.
My attorney says there is a 2003 version of this. I believe it may be
published by the US Dept of Transportation. Research and Special
Programs Administration. Can anyone help me identify?
