I am looking for a quote by Thomas Jefferson. He's talking about the packing of the courts by the Federalists. The phrase he uses is something like the Federalists have retreated into the judiciary and that he intends to hunt them there.
I've already searched google books, Westlaw, Lexis (law review databases) and every quote book that we own. (Oxford Dictionary of Amercian Legal Quotations, Dictionary of Legal Quotations, 2000 Famous Legal Quotations, and Quote it Completely) and can't find anything. Any leads are appreciated.
