I know this has been asked before, because I've found references to in
in the archives, but don't find an answer.

I'm looking for an article by Charles s. LiMandri, the title of which is
"Insurance Coverage for the Epidemic of Mold Litigation Plaguing the
Construction Industry". The Citation given is 22 CLR 315 (Sept. 2001).

However, that citation doesn't produce anything except requests for a
    better citation.

Westlaw finally coughed up an article from the California Insurance Law
and Regulation Reporter from June, 2001 by this author and titled
"Epidemic of Mold Litigation Plagues Insurance Industry". The citation
for this article isn't even close to the citation given above by the
    author.

Attorney LiMandri's web site is not much more helpful.

Might anyone out there actually have a copy of the article that they
could forward to me? Or have any other information about the article or
    it's citation?

    Thanks,

    El.
