I second Ms. Persyn's motion that if any banning occurs (I certainly
hope not), Ms./Mr. Germaine, and perhaps Ms. Hagan should go as well.

I hate to see the list go down this road. Should Mr. Huttner be banned?
Well, then how about Ms. Germaine or Ms. Hagan? We could probably all
list a few other names, too. I just don't think that voting on a
person's participation is the best way to go.
Wouldn't it be better to simply enforce some standard of behavior that
everyone knows up front will get you booted off, if you choose to
continually violate it? And, could a person who has violated it be asked
to change their ways and issue an apology before they are booted off for
good? We certainly all make mistakes and sometimes wish we could get
back the send command. If a person continues to do the same stuff and is
never willing to apologize for it or attempt to make some changes, then
I don't care how helpful they have been in the past or how anonymous
they are in the present. The list can manage without them.
Perhaps Judy could choose two or three individuals to help her monitor
the list and make recommendations. There is a lot of traffic on this
list.
