[LAW-LIB:57987] Anyone heard of the "Witherspoon Element Chart"?

I have a patron who is trying to be this whole thing ... apparently she has one page from it. It says "Witherspoon Element Chart" on it, and something about being updated in 2004 (I haven't seen this). Basically, it's a great chart that lays out the elements and such for causes of action (e.g., she remembers legal malpractice being on there). She didn't think it was state-specific, but wasn't sure.

Does this sound at all familiar to anybody???
