    Good morning:

    I am seeking an English version of a digest or summary of an EC decision
    that was only published in French. I'm not sure that anything official
    was published - but am hoping for a good analysis. It was a competition
    matter -

    SOPROL/CEREOL LESIEUR

    30 JANUARY 2003

    Any ideas would be appreciated. I have not been able to locate a
    discussion by searching through law reviews or antitrust newsletters.
