Greetings everyone,
Is anyone aware of a guide which outlines what is appropriate content to be put on a law firm's Practice Area portal page? Specifically, I am looking for a sample which covers a "Documents" section which might be on a Portal. For example, if a Labor & Employment Practice Area (or Firm) had a Portal for its lawyers/staff, what would be included in the handy "Documents" area. In-house briefs, documents, etc.? What else? More importantly, what should not be included? Copyright-protected materials? Confidential client-information? etc.
Any tips appreciated.
