I'm looking for an official English edition (there may be no such animal) of
an Israeli Supreme Court decision styled Eisenmann v. Qimron, 54(3) P.D. 817
(2000). There are a few articles citing an unofficial version, and I assume
that the cite given is in Hebrew (P.D. is the initials for the Hebrew for
"Supreme Court"). There is a serial set called Israel Law Reports
consisting of English translations of Israeli Supreme Court decisions, but,
so far as we can tell, the particular volume for 2000-01 was never
published.

Does an official version in English exist?
