Ok so this is my first request on the listserv in 9 years so please bear
with me.
I need help finding the above sections of the Federal Register and CFR.
If you could e-mail them to me I would be most grateful!
The details -
FR Vol. 39 No. 29 February 11, 1974 - I need the whole section (final
rule) which contains section 35.935 (it starts before pg. 5264 and
continues after).
FR Vol. 43 No. 188 September 27, 1978 - I need the all of 6560-01 starts
on page 44022 on Ch 1 EPA Part 35 State and Local Assistance and Supart
E Grants for Construction of Treatment Works.
40 CFR Ch1 Subchap B May 2, 1977. ) It should be on Construction
grants or the water protection act.
