I have meager resources for this type of thing. My check of Westlaw,
Lexis and HeinOnline gave me no results.
I am seeking a copy of Art. 10 of the Hydrocarbons Law and the Law on
Arbitration and Mediation published in the Official Gazette No. 145 of
September 4, 1997,
I believe it is Ecuadorian law.
If this item is not too long and you have ready access to it would
someone send me a copy?
