    Position Available - Stamford, Connecticut Law Firm
    Stamford, Connecticut office of international law firm seeks an individual to staff its library. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, time efficient, and a team player. Must be able to coordinate many tasks at once. Duties include, but not limited to, processing all of the mail received in the Library using the EOSI Web Enterprise software, maintaining and updating all records in the serials module, opening all boxes, routing all materials, monitoring all materials for missing reports, identifying discrepancies and contacting vendors to correct discrepancies, shelving books, updating looseleaf services, photocopying and scanning of articles, light cataloging, preparation of Library invoices, and all other job obligations that are a part of this position. This is a part-time position paid at an hourly rate.
