    Good Morning, All.

    One of my attorneys is looking for a section of the following book:

    Intellectual property : valuation, exploitation and infringement damages

    by Gordon V Smith

    He says: there is a study on trademark damages, originally found at
    section 42.4 that I am very interested in. The reprint of the study in
    Google only goes through 2001 and I want to see if it has been updated.

    So, if you have this book with a recent supplement (2007 is the one he
    requested, but anything updated after 2001 would suffice), I'd
    appreciate a copy of the updated section 42.4 if the is one...
