Hello!
In a recent opinion, the Appellate Division unsealed a previously
confidential settlement agreement in Verni v. Lanzaro, et al.
(A-1816-07). As some of you have probably heard on the news at some
point, the Verni case involved a little girl who suffered horrible
injuries when a drunk driver crashed into her family's car.
I would like to get my hands on the actual settlement agreement, which
was filed with the NJ Superior Court, Bergen Vicinage. The Docket No.
is L-10488-00. While there may be multiple settlement agreements on the
docket, the one I'm looking for is between the plaintiff (Antonia Verni)
and Defendant Aramark.
If anyone has a copy of it and is willing to e-mail/fax it to me, I'd
really appreciate it. I'm willing to pay for any copying fees, etc.
