I have an attorney recently accredited to represent veterans before the
Veterans Administration. One of the requirements of accreditation is
that the attorney must complete mandatory CLE courses related to V.A.
representation.
I have never seen such courses listed from the standard CLE providers.
Is anyone aware of organizations providing V.A. related CLE?
