ALM published a law library survey it took in the Spring of 2008 (top
200 firms). It didn't have cost per attorney but it did state that the
average library budget was $5,899,610 in 2008 and the median was
$3,804,055. There are other statistics that might be useful to you. I
read this in Law Firm Inc July/Aug 2008/v. 6, n.4.
You might also see if anyone has the most recent ABA Tech Survey (or
contact Catherine Sanders Reach at the ABA LTRC). It might be there.
