Free FindLaw is carrying some of the criminal docs. Example:
    http://news.findlaw.com/hdocs/docs/crim/bernardmadoff121708bail.html
    <http://news.findlaw.com/hdocs/docs/crim/bernardmadoff121708bail.html>

And the Wall Street Journal website is posting more than just the
criminal complaint. They have the bail conditions, property collateral
    and more.

Many, many thanks to those who responded. If I ever do find a "magic"
site that is posting all the docs I will be sure to let Law-Lib know. I
certainly appreciate all the assistance I get from this list.

I may not have been clear in my original message.

I already have a copy of the criminal complaint against Madoff. What I
need are all the other documents in the criminal case (not the SEC
    case).

    Thanks again,
    Bonnie

Subject: [LAW-LIB:57573] court documents in Madoff criminal case

    Hello,

I am interested in the Bernard Madoff criminal case in the Southern
District of New York, case number 1:08MJ02735.

The full-text court documents in this case are not available on PACER or
Westlaw. I know the New York Times and Wall Street Journal websites
have posted copies of the criminal complaint, but what about the other
    documents?

Does anyone know of an online source for these documents, or do I really
need to send a courier to the courthouse to make photocopies? (Wishful
thinking: perhaps some diligent blogger is posting the docs for free?)

    Thanks for your advice,

    Bonnie
