    Good morning,

    I am looking for a section from the 5th edition of "Folk on the Delaware General Corporation Law". The section is from part 1 of the set and titled "Amendment of Certificate of Incorporation; Changes in Capital and Capital Stock".

    It is on Lexis, but it is not updated past 2001.

    If anyone has this and could possibly send scans or copies of the section, I would greatly appreciate it!
