    Hello everyone -

    I have been given the task of finding Ukrainian statutes that 1) address the licensing/registration requirements of architects and engineers, and 2) address the performance of architectural/engineering services by persons or firms not based in the Ukraine.

    I have found various Ukraine legal pages and research primers but cannot locate statutes, or what I assume would be the Law of Ukraine, addressing these topics. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I might be able to find this information? Or perhaps there are no statutes governing architects/engineers?
