Hello all -
I have been asked to retrieve the complaint in a case filed in Hong
Kong's High Court. I believe the suit was filed sometime this week and
reported in The Straits Times on Dec. 11th. Any help appreciated. Of
course, the sooner the better (what else is new.)
Info I have: Plaintiff - Stephen Tou and wife (California couple)
Defendant - DBS Group Holdings Ltd.
Filed under Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Ordinance
I have been able to find information on the Hong Kong court system
through the Hong Kong Government site but cannot determine if there is
any way to retrieve filings electronically.
