    Hi, Everyone,

    One of my professors is looking for the earliest U.S. Attorneys' Manual,
    published in 1976, and the information it contains regarding Relations with
    Congress (and the White House), Title 1-800.

    Melanie Oberlin from Ohio State graciously sent me what the Moritz Library
    has, but because the Manual was a looseleaf and the 1976 information was
    completely revised in 1984, they no longer have the 1976 version.

    Does anyone still have the 1976 version? Or know where I could find it?
