We have a graduating LLM student from Serbia who has a large quantity
of books she has acquired here and wants to take home with her. She
doesn't mind if it takes a few months, but she wants to find a method that
is less expensive than the $350-600 estimates she has already received.
Apparently, the U.S. Post Office no longer offers an overseas ground
service that at one time was the ideal inexpensive way to do this.
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best one to do this? Has anyone
heard of a grant or program that could help underwrite this (that was one
    possibility that someone here suggested)?
