    Greetings all,
     
    I have a faculty member who needs a copy of the complaint filed in the New York Supreme Court, Bronx Division on behalf of Jdimytai Damour, who was trampled to death last Friday.
     
    I have tried both Lexis and Westlaw and they do not yet have it in their databases yet. I have also searched WebCivil Local, http://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/webcivilLocal/LCMain , and did various search engine searches did not find anything.
     
    Defendants names in the complaint include Wal-Mart Stores, Vornado Realty Trust, Green Acres Mall LLC, and Securitas Services USA Inc. The complaint was files by Elsie Damour Phillipe, his sister, and the court-appointed administrator of his estate.
     
    If anyone has access to this complaint and can send me an electronic copy, it would be greatly appreciated.
