    Dear colleagues:

A few weeks ago I posted an announcement on this list about a
non-law-library job that would be ideal for law librarians. As the job
has not yet closed, I am posting the announcement again. I'm not a
member of the search committee, but I will describe the job for you.

Western Kentucky University is a comprehensive university with 19,000
students. We are located in Bowling Green, Kentucky, a city of 62,000
that is one hour north of Nashville and 2 hours south of Louisville. The
job is for Electronic Information Coordinator--basically the person who
does all the licensing and negotiation for the library.

This is an excellent opportunity for a law firm librarian who wants to
get a different taste of librarianship. (Also, since this is a
tenure-track faculty position, it may be safer in these tough economic
times than a law firm.) We are asking for someone with licensing and
supervisory experience who has an MLS and a Master's, JD, or other
    graduate degree.

As I mentioned, I'm not on the committee. However, I will be happy to
answer any questions. The official job description is below.

    Bryan M. Carson
