Is there any way of finding out how many opinions that an appellate
judge has issued have been reversed by the Supreme Court? It doesn't
seem like Courtlink, Westlaw, or Lexis can provide this kind of
information on the federal appellate level.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.
