Alibris.com may be able to track down a copy of one, or both issues, of the magazine/s you need. This site does list the 1995/96 volume of 'The Oberoi Magazine' as available for shipping from India for $22. In the search-feature, if you key-in The Oberoi Magazine Spring 2007, you should get the Book-Fetch feature. Key-in the relevant info on the issues of the magazines you need and Alibris.com will follow-up on your request. I have used Alibris.com on one occasion and they are quite efficient.
