Greetings Fellow Law Librarians,

I am in need of information regarding the Federal courts and other state
courts, as to the policy on performing background/criminal checks on the
interpreters who are hired (per diem) for court. Presently,the state of
New Jersey does not have a policy regarding this.

Any information that you may offer would be greatly appreciated.
