Please pardon cross posting re/this long shot request.
One of our attorney's is in need of a section of the Brazilian Code of Civl
Procedure re/Service of Process requirement for Letter Rogatory when served
from another country on a Brazilian party. He thinks it may be in article
210. Of course, it needs to be in English.
I've checked Lexis and Westlaw, HeinOnline, and GLIN at the Library of
Congress, and FirstSearch. The document itself would be awesome or lacking
that suggestions on where to locate it will be great too.
