Good afternoon,
I am looking for what I suspect is a California session law from 1995. The citation I have is from the Historical and Statutory Notes from West's Annotated California Government Code Title 1, sec. 810 and reads:
1995 Main Volume
Section 45 of Stats. 1963, c. 1681, p. 3288, provided:
"(a) This act applies retroactively to the full extent that it constitutionally can be so applied.
"(b) Nothing in this act revives or reinstates any cause of action . . .
"(c) For the purpose of this section . . .
"(1) Any claims procedure established by statute, . . .
"(2) Any statue of limitations . . .
"(d) Any cause of action that accrued prior to the effective date of this act . . .
"(1) . . .
"(2) . . .
If anyone has this particular session law, I would really appreciate a copy of it. Willing to pay any costs associated with copying, sending, etc. And as usual, time is of the essence.
Your help is greatly appreciated - thanks so much!
