The Judge Kathryn J. DuFour Law Library is seeking candidates for the
position of Evening Reference Librarian. The regular hours for this
position are Sunday-Thursday, Noon - 8 p.m. A full description of the

Responsibilities: Provide reference assistance to patrons in person, by
telephone or chat service; provide legal research instruction in
classroom settings; provide substantial research assistance to faculty;
prepare bibliographies and other research guides; supervise student
staff and security officer evenings and weekends.
Required: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master's of Library Science (M.L.S).
Two years experience as a professional librarian, preferably in the
reference department of a law library. Substantial experience in a legal
environment (four or more years in a law library) may substitute for the
J.D. degree.
Available immediately. Position will remain open until filled, but
