I am seeking your suggestions and recommendations of sources that cover
securities laws and regulations worldwide. We are especially focused on
private offering requirements and other laws/regulations covering
private equity funds and hedge funds.
Any recommendations or feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated.
I know of two law firm products that might offer what we seek, but most
publications don't seem to have the private equity focus we are looking
for.
