    I have pulled up the primer and other information about S&P's Commercial
    Paper Index. But I don't see the actual list with the ratings. I've
    left messages with S&P. Does anyone know if that has to be purchased or
    did I just miss it? Same for Fitch and Moody's. I have been told there
    is some kind of book available.
