Good morning all -
I am looking for a case that is supposedly from SDNY, but we have called
there also to no avail. Any help would be appreciated
What we have been given from a not very friendly opposing counsel is
Elka Educators, Inc., Sidrian Educators, Inc. v. NDE (New Dimensions in
Education, Inc) and Arista. 77 Civ 2993 CLB . It's a 1977 case, and
was the granting of a permanent injunction.
All help appreciated!
