    HELP

    Greetings, I'm trying to locate something that has so far been elusive.
    One of our attorneys wants examples or samples of shareholder agreements
    from private equity funds structured as Luxembourg companies. Does
    anyone know of a treatise that might have this in the Forms section? Or
    another way I can find it? I've done some Googling, of course, and also
    have searched SEC filings but have not come up with anything as specific
    as the request. I've also checked the treatises in our (small)
    collection and have looked at the BNA Tax Management portfolio on
    Luxembourg.
     
    I'd appreciate a point in the right direction!
