Here is a link to a search on the Zotero support page. Looks like they
would like to work with some endusers to make Zotero work with both
Lexis and Westlaw.

Hi, Sibyl,
If I am remembering correctly, EndNote is a Reuters product. I can't
imagine that ThomsonReuters would look favorably on any Westlaw / Zotero
compatibility. I don't know about Lexis, though.
I hope this helps!

I was wondering if anyone out there has had any luck getting
Zotero (Firefox extension for reference/research management) to work
with Westlaw or LexisNexis? When I am researching on wexis, Zotero does
not seem to recognize it as savable research. I love Zotero but without
it working with wexis, it is pretty much useless to me.
