I am seeking titles that teach legal principals of Internet Law,
specifically texts that discuss everything from the basics of the
internet through present day hot topics (Can-SPAM Act), cybersquatting,
domain name and web advertising disputes (WIPO actions), as well as
transactional and business agreement tips and practices (e.g. for
drafting ISP provider and internet marketing agreements, etc). Thank
you, in advance, for your recommendations.
